The Cabinet Hammer Crusher is designed with a spacious feeding opening, making it an ideal choice for reducing large raw materials, ranging from 450 to 1400mm in size, to a fine granularity of less than 100mm. This versatile machine finds applications across various industries such as mining, cement production, construction materials, and chemical processing. It is adept at crushing materials with a compressive strength up to 200 Mpa, including limestone, rocks, gypsum, and coal gangue.

Working principle

Within the Cabinet Hammer Crusher, the hammers perform rapid circular movements, propelled by the motor-driven rotors. Once the large stones are introduced into the chamber, they accumulate on the specially designed shelf. These materials are then shattered into smaller fragments by the hammers. Subsequently, the oversized pieces, along with the new feed, collide with the impact plate at an angle, aligning with the circular motion of the hammers. This mechanism ensures a two-stage crushing process, transforming the material from coarse to medium, and finally to a qualified small size. The end product is then sifted through a screen and discharged with a consistent particle size.
