Working Principle

Powered by a motor, the movable jaw moves up and down via an eccentric shaft. As the movable jaw ascends, the angle with the bracket increases, causing the movable jaw plate to press against the fixed jaw plate, thereby crushing the material. When the movable jaw descends, the angle decreases, and under the influence of springs and connecting rods, the movable jaw plate separates from the fixed jaw plate. This action allows the crushed material that meets the size requirements to be expelled from the crushing chamber. Continuous motor rotation facilitates a cycle of crushing and discharging, achieving high-volume production.
