Working principle

The European version hammer crusher is composed of a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is bifurcated into an upper and lower section, joined by steel welding. High manganese steel liners inside the frame are replaceable once they wear out. The rotor assembly includes turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers, which are uniformly arranged around the main shaft. The primary drive unit propels the main shaft via a motor and V-belts, turning the rollers. Large materials are fed into the crusher and are initially broken by the swift hammers, then propelled against the support iron for further reduction. Properly crushed materials pass through the grate bars, while oversized pieces remain in the crushing chamber to be further processed until they meet the desired size. The final product size is adjustable by changing the grate bars, and the clearance between the rotors and the grate bars can be modified to suit different specifications. To prevent blockages, the moisture content of the feed materials should not exceed 20%.
