Working principle

In the HPY Series high-efficiency hydraulic cone crusher, the movable cone performs a combination of rotary and pendulum movements, guided by the eccentric sleeve. This motion enables the crushing walls to compress and shear the raw material against the rolling mantle. Following the principle of laminated crushing, the material is crushed and polished by forces from multiple directions, aligning with its natural grain. The resulting stable aggregates are discharged through the gap in the crushing wall, while oversized material continues to be processed until it meets the required size.
