Working Features

• Hammers are crafted from high-chrome steel, ensuring durability, while the liner boards are made from wear-resistant materials.

Working principle

The Impact Crusher operates on the principle of kinetic energy. As the motor powers the rotor to spin at high velocities, the installed blow bars impact the incoming material. This force propels the material towards the surrounding impact devices. The material then rebounds from the impact liner back into the blow bar's influence until it is reduced to the desired size. The gap between the impact rack and the rotor is adjustable, allowing for customization of the final product's dimensions and shape.
