The Clirik European version hammer crusher is adept at pulverizing a variety of rocks and stones into coarse powder and small granules, with a strength limit of 320 Mpa. This machine is a staple in industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemical processing, cement production, coal, sand-making, coal gangue processing, construction, refractory materials, and ceramics.
This crusher operates with high efficiency and minimal energy consumption.

We construct the European version hammer crusher with a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars to ensure efficient operation. We cleverly divide the frame into an upper and lower section, seamlessly joining them together with steel welding. Furthermore, we strategically place high manganese steel liners inside the frame, which we can easily replace when they wear out. Additionally, we uniformly arrange turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers around the main shaft to form the rotor assembly. Finally, we power the primary drive unit with a motor and V-belts, which effectively propels the main shaft to turn the rollers and complete the crushing process.
Large materials enter the crusher through the feed inlet are firstly crushed by the high-speed hammers.
Then, the hammers propel the materials against the support iron. This action further reduces their size.
Properly crushed materials pass through the grate bars. Oversized pieces stay in the crushing chamber for more processing.
We adjust the final product size by changing the grate bars. We modify the clearance between the rotors and the grate bars to suit different specifications.
To prevent blockages, we keep the feed materials' moisture content below 20%.
