Clirik HGM100L grinding machine is a new type of mining equipment for making micro powders, fine powders, which is widely applied in the industries of metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory materials, ceramics, and other fields.
In addition to its primary components, the HGM100L grinding machine also features a hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder. Furthermore, the main unit is complemented by an inverter classifier, cyclone collector, pulse deduster system, high pressure positive blower, air compressors, and electrical control systems.
We design this machine to process a wide variety of materials, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, pyrophyllite, ceyssatite, barite, gypsum, alunite, granite, fluorite, phosphate rock, kalium ore, and float stone.
The electromotor powers the main bearing and each dial. A reducer transfers this power. Dials drive the rollers through plungers, which roll within the ring.
The hammer crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes. An elevator then lifts these materials to the storage hopper.
The electromagnetic vibrating feeder and feeding pipe evenly distribute materials to the center of the first dial.
Centrifugal force propels materials to the dial's edge. They plunge into the ring, where they are crushed and ground into powder by rollers after passing through three rings.
The high-pressure centrifugal blower draws in air and directs the crushed materials towards the classifier.
The rotating turbo in the powder concentrator separates coarse particles. These are sent back to the mill for additional grinding.
The fine powder, now mixed with air, enters the cyclone and is discharged into the bottom collection bin.
The air, carrying a trace amount of fine powder, is cleaned by the impulse dust collector. A blower and muffler then expel the cleaned air.
Under the same final size and power, the product capacity of the ultrafine mill is twice than jet mill and agitation mill.
We manufacture the roller and ring from special materials, which significantly enhances the grinding efficiency. When it comes to the same material and final size, we can extend the lifespan of the wearing parts to over one year, approximately 2-5 times longer than that of a vertical shaft impact crusher and a turbo-mill. Notably, when processing calcium carbonate and calcite, the lifespan can even extend to 2-5 years.
There are no rolling bearings and bolts in the grinding cavity, eliminating problems caused by bolt shedding or wear of bearings and seal components.
The product fineness can reach D97≤5μm.
Environment friendly
The use of pulse dust collector and muffler reduces dust pollution and noise to meet national environmental protection standards.
The HGM100L grinding machine primarily applies to processing non-inflammable, non-explosive, and brittle materials with a Mohs hardness of less than six. It is capable of adjusting the fineness of the product to a range between 325 and 2500 mesh.
