Clirik designs high pressure suspension grinding equipment for processing a variety of non-flammable and non-explosive minerals. These minerals should have a Moh’s hardness less than 9.3 and a humidity level below 6%.

This high pressure suspension grinding equipment is widely applicable. It serves metallurgy, construction, chemical industries, mining, and highway construction. Users can adjust the final powder size between 50 and 325 mesh, which corresponds to 315-45 microns.

It efficiently processes materials such as quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramics, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal, and more. It can handle approximately 400 different types of materials.

Working Features

Clirik's grinding equipment operates on a principle akin to high pressure suspension grinding. It uses fixed grinding devices with 1000-1500kg pressure springs. During operation, the grinding roller rolls tightly against the grinding ring. This action is due to high pressure springs and centrifugal force. It exerts 1.2 times more pressure than standard equipment. This results in a 20% to 30% increase in capacity. When the grinding roller and ring operate, stable capacity and fineness are guaranteed.

Working Principle

A jaw crusher initially crushes large materials to the desired size. It then sends them to a storage hopper via a bucket elevator. A vibrating feeder evenly and continuously feeds the materials into the grinding unit. The blower carries the ground powder to the classifier. There, it's classified by airflow. Fine particles that meet the requirements enter the cyclone collector through a pipe. They are separated and collected inside. The finished products exit through a discharge valve. Meanwhile, the airflow returns to the blower via a pipe on top of the cyclone collector. The airflow system operates in a sealed loop, with controlled positive and negative pressure.
