Working principle

First, in the HPY Series high-efficiency hydraulic cone crusher, we guide the movable cone to perform a combination of rotary and pendulum movements using the eccentric sleeve. This motion actively enables the crushing walls to compress and shear the raw material against the rolling mantle. Second, by adhering to the principle of laminated crushing, we crush and polish the material with forces from multiple directions, aligning with its natural grain. Consequently, the resulting stable aggregates are discharged through the gap in the crushing wall, while oversized material continues to be processed until it meets the required size.
