The Jaw Crusher is a versatile piece of equipment, designed for various industries such as metalworking, mining, chemical processing, cement production, construction, and the making of refractory and ceramic materials. Moreover, it is adept at crushing both hard and soft ores with a compressive strength not exceeding 320 MPa into medium to fine particles. This capability makes it an essential tool across these diverse fields.

Operation and maintenance are straightforward.
A motor drives the jaw crusher, and it causes the movable jaw to move up and down via an eccentric shaft. Consequently, as the movable jaw ascends, it increases the angle with the bracket, which in turn presses the movable jaw plate against the fixed jaw plate, crushing the material. Subsequently, when the movable jaw descends, the angle between the plates decreases, and the movable jaw plate separates from the fixed jaw plate due to the action of springs and connecting rods. This separation allows the crushed material that meets the size requirements to be expelled from the crushing chamber. Furthermore, the continuous rotation of the motor enables a cycle of crushing and discharging, leading to high-volume production.
